From 1 April 2021 you will no longer be able to access the self- service section of the website. Our new Hillcrest tenants app is now available which will replace the self-service portal.
To download the app visit the App Store or Google Play or search on your app store for MyHillcrest.
Please note - you will need to register as a new user on the app, even if you are already using our self-service web portal. You will need your tenancy reference (please note this is not your client number) – your tenancy reference can be found on your rent statement or any correspondence from us.
This page is designed to let our tenants access on-line services that are available to them.
Using your tenant login, you can check your rent statement, pay your rent, request a repair, and view existing repairs.
If you are not already registered, enter your client ID in the User ID field and click “forgot your password”. A password will be emailed to you which you can use to login. You can only access this part of our website if we hold a record of your email address.
